RocksGal Posted October 2, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Hello! Does anyone know if Royal offers exercise classes (either paid or free) on sea days? On Princess it seemed that the classes were only offered on port days. I am talking about general Aerobics, Spinning, etc. Thanks!
39august Posted October 2, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 2, 2008 There is usually some sort of class every day, sometimes 2 or 3, but not all aerobic. Some are spot toning various body areas. On the larger ships the gyms are very nice and there are steam rooms and saunas inside the locker rooms. Aerobic classes and step classes are at no charge, along with the toning sessions. Spinning and pilates are for a fee and offered at different times during a 7 day or longer cruise. I have no idea about classes on short cruises, as I have never done one. struther1 Posted October 3, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2008 Every cruise I have been on on RCCL has offered multiple exercise classes on sea days. Everything from water aerobics, to step, to stretching, to spinning. Some paid some free. All good.
