Can someone tell me what's in the Conservatory on deck 15 mid-ship (Sun Deck) on the Golden Princess?

 

The Convervatory is just the upper level of the Calypso Reef indoor pool. There are just loungers up there and it's usually kinda tranquil.

Can someone tell me what's in the Conservatory on deck 15 mid-ship (Sun Deck) on the Golden Princess?

 

The Conservatory is basically an indoor/outdoor pool area covered with a retractable roof. It has a nice pool, a couple of hot tubs and a bar. It is two decks with the upper deck having really nice loungers with thick pads.

Thanks for the quick responses and pictures. The pictures of the deck plans made it look like some type of cafe with food. Looks like that is not the case.

 

Are the dining rooms open for breakfast around 10am? If memory serves me correctly from past cruises, breakfast at 10am means Horizon Court or the very limited items from room service.

We were disappointed with what The Conservatory turned out to be. Mostly it seemed to be a balcony overlooking the pool, with some loungers and a few potted palms. Nothing special.

That's all the Conservatory was ever supposed to be - a place to lounge in a somewhat climate-controlled area.

 

There are ping pong tables in there too and it's the perfect place to play because the wind doesn't wreak havoc with the balls.

On most Princess ships, the breakfast service ends in the dining room at 9 AM.
