I loved Earnest B. The Millie TA....May 1st 2005. His wife Tova was very personable and beautiful. She had a thing for the slots but I guess she can afford it. E.B.'s lectures on the movies he made were very funny and interesting. Besides, I never missed an episode of "McHale's Navy"

I called Celebrity a few days ago and asked the same question about who might be on board. She gave me the name of the comedian and ventroloquist, but had no info on the enrichment program.

We cruised on the Sea Princess last year, the show was Ok, the lead guy was awful (lots of people didn't like him) and he has obviously been sunbathing in long shorts, but his part called for short shorts..you couldn't help but keep looking at the sun tan line on his legs...hysterical!!!! ...we are on Galaxy in October, can't wait!!!!

3. The best entertainers have been when RCI was RCCL and the cruising industry was becoming a vacation experience for not just the rich.
4. The WORSE performer was Eartha Kitt - people walked out of the performance in whole sections! she was horrible.
5. One time (don't remember ship or performer) an entertainer's show was stopped and he was escorted off stage - it was the evening show but his material was "late-night". OMG! it was embarassing. audience applauded to have him removed, but he got beligerent.

Sounds promising but hope it will not be as bad as the Cirque de Soleiel project--worst thing ever .. We always sit in an aisle seat near the back & most often do not sit through the shows--the productions are terrible--esp to someone living in NY near Broadway & great local summer theatre.
On QM2 they actually had dancers with grace and flair & you could not hear it each time their feet hit the stage... Mostly we will try the shows but they are not the high point for us--although we do enjoy shows & theater generally
one exception recently was [B]Ole Ole [/B]on Royal Carib--great guitar music & dancing--really exceptional! Our best cruisefor entertainers was one out of NY on Constellation with Pearl Kaufman on the piano--just fabulous; a broadway singer & other first tier entertainers--I think it ws because it left from NY & the stars could easily hop on & off. Worst was leaving from Seattle on Mercury--a comedian with fart jokes--
