What amenities are included with this state room besides a butler? What does the butler do for the guests? Thanks.

In my opinion, the butler does nothing that your Stewardess can not do except for delivering appetizers and making reservations for you. The only reason we book Penthouse level is when "included" Business Class air is included.

The butler will unpack and pack for you. But to me that sounds kind of creepy. Haven't had one yet, but looking forward to trying them out perhaps next year.

The Butler can definitely help with reservations. Ours also expedited our laundry as we had been traveling 10 days prior to boarding. Ours also noticed my interest in crossword puzzles and would bring extras every morning. Little things but it did add up.
