Anyone heard of Sandy Lane?

We were in Barbados years ago and spent the day at the Sandy Lane Hotel.

It had a beautiful beach! Has anyone been there recently or know what happened to it?

It is open. It is ranked as one of the top hotels in the Caribbean.

do you know how much they charge for a day pass and how far is it from the port?

I'm not sure if do issue day passes for the resort but I am sure if they do it would be VERY EXPENSIVE.

 

They are a 5 diamond resort and very exclusive. The rich and famous are regulars there. The rooms start at about $5000 per night:eek:.

Do lunch (US$200+ for two)….Do golf (US$350 for one on Green Monkey) or rent a room for the day (US$2,000-6,000) and you can visit…. A room is the only way that you’ll get full access to the property….

 

Please don’t think that Sandy is being snooty……. Their guests’ vote for no outside visitors……
