Do they have large print books in the library on the Westerdam?

Yes, they do. I definitely remember seeing a couple of shelves of large print books. I could not tell you what they are, sorry, but I believe they might have some large print in each category of books in the library.

The New York Brief Times that is delivered to all cabins has a crossword puzzle in it.

In the Library -- part of the Explorations Cafe -- they have a daily quiz that is put out at 9 AM and if you want to win a small prize -- the first turned in before 3 PM with the most correct answers wins.

There is also Sudoku.

There are magazines -- on our 26 day cruise they weren't current.

Newpapers -- never once did they get the USA Today in any of the ports -- which we get once in a while on the other ships.

Yes the library is large -- located in the Crow's Nest.

I dropped off all my magazines in the library during our 15 day Panama Canal cruise--the staffer (wo)manning the desk was happy to see new stuff. So if you've finished reading your magazines on the airplane to the port or on your lounge chair at the pool, drop them off in the library so someone else can enjoy them:D (we had quite a variety--from Pilot to Glamour to Town & Country--and about 8 others....)
