Rental Car- Bayonne/Newark???

We are planning on going on the voyager in June. On the return we are going to visit relatives in Conn. My question is: Is there a rental car place near the pier or in Bayonne, or will we have to go back to Newark Airport and rent one?

 

Any advice is appreciated

I can tell you that at these very moments they are in construction in that pier, setting or getting ready for the Grand Day Voyager arrivies, the best bet is to call car rental companies and ask them, as Newark Airport is right near or next to the pier and the car rental parking lots from the airport are not too far, so you may be picked up by bus and taken to their airport base and given your rental car.

There used to be an Enterprise not to far from the pier,but I'm not sure if it is still there.
