ccletzgo Posted November 13, 2008 #8 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Made my day! After I took down the Halloween decor from the front porch, I left the straw witches broom standing up next to the front door. Its still there and DH teases that I left my "ride" on the porch.. :D

drumleggagh Posted November 13, 2008 #15 Share Posted November 13, 2008 I read the title and my first thought was why would anyone want to sweep their veranda off - then I laughed when I saw the reason for the broom! Made my day!!! :D:D:D
tomko2 Posted November 13, 2008 #16 Share Posted November 13, 2008 After reading the post the other day about bringing a sewing machine onboard; I tried to think of why anyone would want to bring their own broom!! TOO FUNNY!:D Kathy

Cruise Arizona Posted November 13, 2008 #22 Share Posted November 13, 2008 My MIL loves her broom too, but I have to say in her defense she just uses it for cleaning...... all the time. She is tidiest person I've ever met, and I think it make her nevous when the kids eat cookies or chips in her kitchen. She stands there the while time, broom in hand picking up ever little crumb that drops. I'm sure if the state rooms had tile or hardwood floors she would find a way to pack hers.
