Wine Shops in Tampa?

We'll be driving down to Tampa in a couple of days. The car will be loaded to the gilly-o's. To save space, we'd like to buy our wine to take on board while we're in the port. Any suggestions for well-stocked and conveniently located wine shops in the area? We'll be staying in one of the Marriotts not too far from the terminal.

Total Wine is the cheapest and has the best variety.

What about those of us on foot? I'm staying at the Sheraton Riverwalk Hotel - is there a wine shop within a mile or two? It seems that any saving on wine at Total Wine would be wiped out by the taxi fare.
