Thanks... made me chuckle.. (and these days I really need them) since he's going to be 12... gotta remember he's not my "little guy" anymore... I gotta "sneak" in my hugs to him (I've got the rules lol) since he's "almost" a teenager, finally got a bar mitzvah date for him (a promise to my Dad "before").

I need a big hug today. I got on the scale for a "sneak preview" and I've gained. :eek: I haven't been able to exercise and I went from Phase 1 to Phase 2 on South Beach. I didn't mean to, just sort of happened. I'm going to work out tonight and the rest of the week so maybe the scale will show a loss or a "stay-the-same" on Thursday.
