U...Usually you try to drink your water..This weekend..Do It!
L...Leave time for fun this weekend
L...Love yourself this weekend no matter how you do..

we're getting sleety ice (and possibly 2 inches) of snow now...
I REALLY want to get to gym tomorrow to workout and DEW the DEW

Jean I put it there for two reasons..
So I could say L for love..to love yourselves..because your important to me
and you need to be important to yourself.

Also it made it spell "full" like eat till your full, to remind you again not to overeat!

Glad some of you liked it. You know I try to come up with stuff to
make this board fun..even if it's stupid or silly. I try at least to make
you all..SMILE and THINK!

Cathy good luck on your Biking and Walking this weekend! I'm going to try
to go to the gym both days.

Carolyn will try, only in the 60's thro but warmer then there. I'm like you trying for the gym this weekend.

Had pretty good day with the DEW. Ate dinner out and just had a salad.

Belle: you are sooo sweet to us- always peppy, and giving everyone encouragement! Thank you!

Worked out today for 1-1/2 hours- cardio, upper body, and abs. Feeling good! Probably didn't eat as much as I should- just not hungry (that's a switch!)

Cold here in south Jersey- jealous of you in warm states!

You did good at the gym or home, 1-1/2 hour.
I made the gym today. Haven't been in awhile.
Just did cardio. Only a hour. Tomorrow want to go and do weights.
Yes it does make you feel better.

Will try and send some sun your way Betsy, we have enough
to share.

Hey, Good morning on Sunday,
I did not get to ride my bike. I've had a bad headcold and don't feel that great. Have been sleeping a lot! So, when I woke up this a.m. I've gained a pound. Rats!! Still don't feel well enough to bike ride.

Hope everyone else does better.
