Wine allowance on Princess?

burm, that limitation has NEVER happened to us, and we have been on 7 Oceania cruises, just having finished one. But of course, you can buy wine in almost every port--depends on where you are sailing.

If Princess were to call us down and take away our "bottle" you can be assured that would be the LAST time on Princess. We don't abuse the privilege, but we won't be treated like children.

We are looking at whether or not to do Princess for New Zealand or Oceania. I think this upcoming cruise might answer that if the liquor question comes into play.

Not so. It entirely depends on the Maitre D' / Headwaiter. But if one buys a few bottles in the dining room then more likely a few of your own will not be charged corkage.

Yep, that was our case. We were three couples and two couples brought wines (dinner and dessert wines) and during the week we all also bought wine. And the Head Waiter for our dining room gave us a bottle of wine for our last dinner! We're really not the winos we sound like from this ;)
