On the Odyssey Oct. 09 TA Crossing I have 2 couple friends and 1 solo sailor (1st time on Seabourn) that I'll be traveling with ~~we have one port call, Funchal Madeira. Would the shore excursion apply? Probably not, just thought I'd ask.

IF it applies ... You could charter a helicopter in Madeira and a limousine in Fort Lauderdale!;)

If the $4,500 applies (2 couples + 1 1st time Seabourn, in Europe)

we might lunch at Reid's Palace then take the hour's helicopter tour of Madeira ($299 per person)

I'll check with Seabourn's Club Service Coordinator.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Dave/Mary I am still trying but it is not looking good. My agent kept me on the phone while talking with Seabourn and they kept coming up with one reason after another as to why we can't have this prmo. I am still waiting for an email from Seabourn that shows the restrictions to see if there is anyway this can work.

I will be in touch.
