Need some help with info on the 3 day Bahamas cruise

I've been to the member review section, but there is only one review on this particular itenaray. I mean, I get it, I doubt many people want to take the time to write a review of a vacation that really just lasted a weekend. But still I wanna know! Does anyone have some capers they can post?

I'm intersted in knowing if there is a Walk for the Cure event and what shows are done.

Specifically, we'll be on the Carnival Imagination March 27-30.

Oh and yes, I tried the roll call section to ask these question and only one person was in the roll call and they haven't been back on in months!

I know host Mach was on this ship. If you post the name of the ship in the subject line, so when folks are skimming topics, they can see which ship you are asking about, you are apt to get more responses. Host Mach seems like a guy who might save his capers, but I dont think he went to the Bahmamas?? I think he left out of Tampa.

Hi Erica--

We're both looking for information on the 3 night cruise! All that I have been able to find out so far is that:

  • there is a Captain's Cocktail Party and Elegance Night while in Nassau on Saturday

  • the Casino is open in the evening on Saturday

I would like to know if there are shows on all three nights, and what they are, as well as any more info that I can gather. The ship sails full from what I hear, so there have to be some CC'ers with history on this cruise. BTW, we are sailing from March 13-16 and also have a roll call with only one responder. I'll try to remember to post back to this thread if no one else does before our weekends. Have a great cruise!

Firefly - I think me and ChuckL are just curious because it is so short of a cruise AND it is an overnight. With half the guests being gone into Nassau verses being on the ship, one questions if Carnival puts forth the same effort on these nights. Also, I didn't put Imagination in the title because that wasn't always the ship that does the 3 day cruises. I wanted advice from anyone who had been on the short cruises. Thank you though.

ChuckL - Well I guess if we work together we can figure this out! :D

I'm glad they are still having a cocktail party/dinner/show night and having the casino open will be good too. I'm gonna keep searching for info and will post here if I find anything.
