Good morning Belle! I just weighed myself. I lost 1 pound. Down to 141.2. Happy Monday!!

No gainer! But, I actually gained weight since a week ago, so I'm trying to be extremely strict this week. How can I face Thanksgiving dinner? I'll just have to take small portions.

LOL, no this weekend was horrible for my WOE. The kids were in a play and I was on the tech crew. It was fast food and no exercise for me this weekend and I topped it off with the cast party yesterday with pizza and cookies. (I did only have 2 pieces of cheese pizza and 3 cookies but still!) I'm up 3 but I should drop that pretty quickly by drinking water and getting back on the exercise track.

Can't tell yet... still don't have scale in house
Had been away from a week ago Sunday till late Sat. night (and didn't get to gym at all that week.. too much stress at Mom's)...
WAS going to go to gym yesterday after I dropped Alex off at Hebrew school but got emergency call soon after saying to pick him up as he was "telling" them he thought he had strep (luckily Dr. Alex isn't board cert... took him in, false alarm lol)
Bought the kids icecream to have in house... luckily they ate most of it, think I "caved in" and had about 1 cup tops (probably closer to 1/2 cup)
So I'll know later today where I'm "at"...
