ORIANA - Westbound world voyage

Hi Gang, :)

In 1973 I did a Trans -Pacific on the old Oriana (42000+tons) from San Francisco to Auckland via Honolulu and Suva.

It has always been my wish to do the same voyage on the new all improved Oriana (69000 tons +) toi visit my cousins and family in NZ again.

Does anybody know when her next scheduled westbound starts and where i might be able to get info on her itinerary sailing from LA or Vancouver to NZ?

A true beauty in her day. Sailed her twice:

 

1964, Vancouver to San Francisco, in one of those unique Court cabins.

 

1970, Christmas Cruise, RT San Francisco to Mexican Riviera, down on F Deck.

 

Would love to take the new Oriana through the Suez someday.

Going a bit OT, here, but does anyone know how she is? The last I heard they she was going to be repaired after her little episode of dampness, but it's all gone a bit quiet.
