CC Party signups gone missing.

For the THIRD TIME our CC party signup list has disappeared. Has this happened to your Roll call?

 

Who is the keeper of the lists, and how do we keep them from screwing up?

 

If our roll call keeps a list, can we re-sign up the whole list, or is it individual signups again. Is this a plot to keep the party size down? (kidding.. well maybe)

 

There must be a better way! Suggestions?

17 April Transatlantic has "0" signed up - again.:eek:

 

This will be our third time of signing up as well - is it that difficult to retain this information - and back it up so it can be re-instated if there is a problem?

 

Curious how they don't seem to lose our bookings (thankfully) or all of our email addresses for the mail shots :D

Thanks, Andy! Since ours is one of the missing parties, and you are on the cruise, I am sure that you will let everyone know when things get resolved.

 

In the meantime, should we re-register or wait and see what happens?

Hi Susie !

 

I noticed some posters mentioned last time this happened, they needed to re-register, though I remember it differently. The Roll Calls showed as zero for several days, and on my particular Roll Call, they were restored. If this is a database error (and it probably is), they should be able to restore the existing data.

 

I'm going to wait a few days. Hopefully, we will have a response soon.
