A few Liberty questions

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We are sailing on the Liberty on 4/18, can't wait!

I can't remember how BINGO is paid for, or what it costs???

Also, in Labadee, since it is owned by RC what is included - food, non-alcoholic drinks??? If you have a soda card, can you use it in Labadee?

THANKS in advance!

can't answer the bit about the bingo, but regarding the food on Labadee - it's all free, the crew set up several food stations around the resort, serving buffet style, with soft drinks.

We very much enjoyed our time there - turn left when you get off the ship and head for the furthest beach, Hideaway Beach, it's beautiful :)

can't remember if we used our soda card or not, but we had to pay for alcoholic drinks - take dollar bills to tip the men who set out chairs for you and serve drinks, it's very much appreciated

Hideaway Beach is no longer open because of the new pier construction, but there are plenty of other beaches!

I was on Indy last month, and as far as I remember, the jackpot game of bingo was $46 for four games of the paper cards and u get 6 chances each. They now have electronic bingo with a machine that you pay $79 and u still play 4 games, but now u get 30 chances each as a pose to 6. Now those prices are for the jackpot bingo, not sure if they r different or not for regular games, but that will give u an idea.

In Labadee, your coke card will work. There are also other drinks in the buffet area such as water, iced tea, lemonade, and fruit punch. The buffet is all free as well as those sorts of drinks. You pay for alcoholic drinks.

Your coke card will work--I think they pour it out of 2-liters. And definitely get a Labradoozie!

When you get off the tender, go to the second beach on the left--Barefoot Beach. It will give you a great view of the ship. Also, the folks working there will ask you if they can move your chairs for you. They will want a tip--just be aware of that; you can move your chairs yourself.

Have a great time. Liberty is a wonderful ship!

Quick question for you guys that were on this cruise before,

did any of you rent jet skis on ANY of your stops? If so, do you know what the price was? We are looking at renting jet skis in Montego Bay at Doc's Beach...

Thanks for all your replies!

Have you checked the Montego Bay forum? They can probably give you an idea there on how it is.
