I did try to be good.. maybe ate a little extra but not to much! Just hope the scale stays the same..no gains for EVERYONE! The weekend is coming..lets try for a no-gainer weekend! I consumed more than I burned, but I really didn't gorge myself like I've been known to do some years at holidays. I enjoyed some treats I wouldn't normally enjoy but pushed the plate away when I was full. I also just didn't bother with some things that didn't seem worth it to me. I'll see tomorrow "if" I get to gym (b-in-law/out laws coming to house UGH) Gotta try to get house in "order" since we were away for 3 days and they're bringing the 'almost" 1-yr old (I'm not looking forward to short visit).
