Wine Store in Newport Rhode Island

Heading up the Atlantic coast from Florida to Montreal starting May 8, on the MS Maasdam repositioning cruise.

 

We will need to have a wine resupply and would like to know the name of the closest wine store to where the tender drops you off in Newport.

There are 3 liquor/wine stores in the general area of the tender dock. Only Spring Street Spirits is within an easy walk. The other 2 are on Bellevue Ave (which you could walk to). They are about 2 miles away with some of it up hill. A local bus could be used as they are both on the same bus route. If time is not a problem, I would bus to Vickers. Use bus # 67, outbound & inbound.
