House Island and lobster bake

Does anyone have any information about the tour RCI does to House Island to tour the fort and then have a Main lobster bake?

Greetings from Portland. I can't give you any personal recommendations for this tour, but here is the website....http://www.houseislandmaine.com/. The island as seen from shore looks very interesting. There is nothing like experiencing a lobster bake on an island off the coast of Maine. BTW, this is one of the calendar islands on Casco Bay. They are so named because it was thought there were as many as the days in a year. Actually there are only 211. Have a nice cruise and visit to our wonderful city.

Go for it. I live in Portland. You will love it. Very close to were the ships dock.
