jessemon Posted April 30, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 30, 2009 This is just a thought. Tomorrow I am planning to call the travel insurance company I always use...One of the main things they ask (usually more than once) is..."What ports are you going to?" I have been changed to all new ports on the Glory leaving on Saturday.... I think calling them would be a good idea to update the change of ports to cover my butt.....;);) We all know how insurance companies try to find a way out of paying us off when something goes wrong.....:D
firefly333 Posted April 30, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2009 My insurance said didnt matter when I tried to call and tell them the ship was changed. They said as long as the dates were the same I was still covered. They dont go by ports, but by the price/cost of the trip. So, your insurance must be different. I have never seen an insurance policy where ports mattered. It's all based on age, coverages you select and total cost of trip.
