Pay Attention At The Muster Drill...

Recommended Posts

We had a boat for a few year, and decided we had better sell it before someone got hurt. All of these bloopers reminded me of so many of the blunders that happened on my boat. My mother in particular had a habit of slipping as she was getting out and falling between the boat and the pier.

Then one time my hubby was in a tube behind the boat, me as the driver, and he busted his ear drum. I was blamed for that one. ???? I still don't get it. Another time, my husband ran the boat right onto the pier. He did not slow the boat down, but instead left the helm to "put a foot out to stop it". Believe it or not, there was no drinking going on at the time.

Anyway, these brought back some memories. I was so glad to get rid of that thing. AND these are just a few of our many misadventures and mishaps.
