FWIW, some time ago I was "in charge" of a group of 10 friends and we ended the cruise in Athens. We had pre arranged several others shore excursions in Italy that went off without a hitch and did not require full pre payment. The pick up in Pireaus with the tour of Athens and drop of at the airport was done with Grayline with FULL pre payment required.

It was a Sunday and they did not show up or answer their phone. We scurried around and arranged 2 limos and it worked out in the end, but it was not what I wanted to see that morning. Probably would be hesitant to deal with them again (on principle).

BTW, we got our money back from Grayline
