Final Payment For Cruise??

It was suggested in an article I read that the final payment for a cruise should be deposited directly in the account of the cruise line-not the TA-just in case of a financial problem with the TA. Do you agree? Can the TA do this/will they do this

for a client?

I always put my deposit and final payments on my cruises on my charge card. This way, if there are financial problems with either the cruise line or travel agency, you will be able to get some help from your charge card company.

My TA charges my credit card direct to the cruise line.
