Century - formal night question

We are considering a return to the Century next April for our anniversary. I have a couple of questions.

 

The cruise we are looking at is a 4 nighter (Miami, KW, Cozumel, Sea Day, Miami). Which night is the formal night?

 

Also, last time DH rented his tux in advance and it was delivered to our suite. This time (granted we are very early in planning) we are debating formal night. Can you actually rent a tux onboard the Century, or do you have to rent it in advance - is the inventory actually kept on board or delivered beforehand?

They are delivered to the ship though I believe they keep a small amount on board. LONG ago I tried to rent a tux on Carnival (they said they had a limited number to rent on board) and was out of luck. Never again. I highly suggest you rent one ahead of time or bring one.
