First time on HAL

I am looking to book a Thanksgiving cruise to the Mexican Riviera on the Oosterdam and I am thinking about booking a deluxe suite. Are there any suites that are highly desirable or ones to be avoided? Any ones that are smaller or larger. I have sailed on Princess in their full suites - is HAL comparable?

The deluxe suites are quite nice. Spacious interior and verandah. They don't have a separate bedroom like the full Princess suite (unless you move up to the penthouse suites) but are quite enjoyable. None are really to be avoided that I can think of. The ones nearer the Neptune Lounge are good because you don't have to go far to enlist the help of the concierge or pick up a few nibblies.
