Let's see.... Days at see, great food, great company, entertainment, a pool, the casino and music. I would also have my balcony that I love so much. What could possibly ruin that? I'm pretty sure my traveling group could have fun in a lifeboat!

Doesn't the term "intellectual property" pre-suppose that the owner has an intellect?

I put them in my faves to watch later, but i watched a little of the last one, and I just can't believe that people are acting like that while they are on a cruise!! a CRUISE!! Now I know that things can happen, anywhere, but I guess I just don't let things bother me! I just have to say that I hope I never cruise with that loudmouth lady! :rolleyes:

I was SO tempted to sign up and click the little "flirt" button on her ad - not sure exactly what that does, but I'm sure she'd recognize the user name, lol! I just got home, though, and I have too much work to do to bother with it. Maybe later ;)

 

I thought I understood most things sexual, but what on earth is a "P"

as in..

DW is more than enough for me. I really don't mean to brag, but we've been together for almost 25 years and all aspects of our relationship are awsome!;)

 

She and the Kids went up to NY (home) a week ahead of me, I fly up for a week on Friday.

Those people should be ashamed of themselves. I really love the one lady that said that she was going to try to get her money back by disputing the charge and going to the press. I'm pretty sure Carnival is still the top cruise line. Sorry Carnival is better with out you. That lady would have ruined my cruise.

nah she posted it. posting a link to it on her public site is NOT a copyright violation. She posted it. You just linked to it on an open site. You technically didn't publish it she did.

Not only that, but did you see her ebay name? Venom something? Now why doesn't that surprise me?? She's a busy, busy girl!:eek:

 

Also, don't see that she's posted any other comments on there...even her own. Maybe the rant and talking to herself has ended...but I doubt it...

Nobody is harassing anyone. Period. Everything is based on fact.

Furthermore, simply copying a video and reposting doesn't mean you are committing copyright infringement either. Perhaps if she ran to the youtube police they MIGHT pull it. Who knows? But, so what. My guess is either by the time that happens the hype will be over anyway and we are messing around with a newer and exciting topic anyway.

 

 

I believe you are wrong... Even ebay has copyright regulations that you can not capture and use another sellers photo of the same item...

 

The loud mouth lady asks, "What are we supposed to do with a lousy $20?"

 

Answer: 10 dollars on the pass line and another ten on the Yo Eleven!

I am not sure that is correct... I mean.. a link to her page would be perfectly legal.. Copying and pasting her video 'as their own' may not be and I think THINK this is what was done...:)
