Balcony tradition - need some ideas!

we always take something for the balcony as a tradition and in the past it has included 6ft inflatible palm tree, pirate flag, England flag etc but this year Im stumped.....any ideas?

I have never brought anything for the balcony before. Since we are driving I would like to bring a sign to hang I think. Don't know what it would say yet though.

Will see what ideas you get.

How about bringing lifesize cardboard cutouts of yourselves. When you are in port you can afix to your rails. Have yourselves waving so from the port you can take pictures of yourselves.

when we went to alaska we took one of those twirly wind sock thingies....it hung from the light so was out of the way of the rail but still let us identify our balcony from the docks....if I remember right it was a frog.
