requesting an upgrade

chances of getting a free upgrade, are probably slim and none, and if you booked thru seamiles points, dont know how they would figure out charging you for a upsell??

 

Only your TA can deal with the upsell dept, you cant do anything but ask them to do it. Carnival wouldnt talk to you since you didnt book with them.

Just put in a request. I did and we used our AmEx points.. Only took 10 years to get those points :eek: Enough to pay for most of the cruise. I think that's all you can do and hope they at least call you if there are rooms available.

 

For use Carnival still got paid the full amount of the cruise and AmericanExpress credit back some of the money with the points. We will see what happens, I have not gotten a call yet. But I'm happy with the room we have.. but would be nice to get a suite. ;)
