To the best of my knowledge, NCL does not.:( RCI may be the only one that I know will honor price drops even after final payment has been made. Friends of ours got a residency rate price reduction of nearly $400 that was offered after the final payment date.:) You do have to request any price reduction that you may be eligible for. It is not automatic.

NCL will honor price drops up until final payment is made. After final payment they won't.

I know Disney does. They will even honor a state resident rate if one is given at any time. It does not matter if final payment has been made or not.

For our last Celebrity cruise, many on our roll call (not us) were able to take advantage of price drops for cabin type or resident rates - even after the final payment. The difference was credited to the card they'd used for pament.

I couldn't get a price drop from NCL before final payment was due. They basically said I booked at a price I was happy with, I should be satisifed to sail at that price. And, don't think you can cancel and rebook--we've flagged your name.
