That looks like the ceiling is a view of the bottom of the Haven pool!! OMG! That would be the first reason I've ever had to book the Haven. I'd give them an observation or 2!

I'm on daily but can't seem to change it...what 's the secret ?

Near the very top of the page, under the Cruise Critic logo, there's a yellow bar with the first thing 'User CP'. Click on that.

You should see list of the threads you're subscribed to. Underneath the list of threads shown click on 'View all Subscribed Threads'.

Next to the thread you want to change the frequency for, check the box all the way on the right.

At the bottom of all the threads, you'll see Selected Threads > Move to Folder and a dropdown box. Pick the frequency you want to receive emails.

Personally, I get no emails for any thread. Instead, I have a bookmark that takes me to my User CP, and that shows if anything new has been posted on the threads I'm subscribed to.

Earlier this week I was told the Bliss would do a 12 day transatlantic to New York with a stop in the Azores and another stop in Bermuda. I can't see sailing to Bermuda only to turn north to go to New York and then turn around to go to Miami. I was also told that after the first Alaska season she will sp nd time ping the Mexican riviera in October into November before heading to Miami for a winter season. Now this morning I have been told sales will begin on the 11th. So I have no idea what to expect...hope the schedule is posted on the 10th so I can decide what to book the following day or on the 18th or who knows when. So confuuuuzed😝

The guy I talked to did not mention New York at all. I don't think even they really know! :confused:

I would be interested in a new ship doing the Mexican Riviera. Will be cruising NCL for the first time next year, hoping that I like it so I can plan more on the new ships.

I asked and they wouldn't tell me!

I was also told the 11th this morning. And.....they said between PC and Alaska, there will be a couple runs to the Mexican Riviera. :):)

Will itineraries be coming out the 10th, and then bookings start the 18th? I've heard both dates.... So excited for this!! :)

I loved the whole inaugural cruise and build up wth the Escape and the sailing from Hamburg to Southampton was awesome and one that I would love to do again so I hope something like that will also appear on the 10th Jan!

Well, then, we've sailed together before! We were on the Hamburg to Southampton, too! Fell in love with Escape, but took Anthem of the Seas across the pond on her first TA. :)

Sign me up! While I usually cruise with Princess and Royal Caribbean, in 2015 we thought we'd give NCL another chance. We did the 2 day from Hamburg to Southampton on the Escape and LOVED it! Then we did a CTN on Breakaway and loved that, too! I'm all about the new ships, and I'd love to do the TA, the 14 day from Miami and Alaska! I just chatted with NCL and the new bookings are supposed to go on sale January 10. :):):) Stay tuned!!

I suspect they will not release the EDGE before January, therefore whoever bought passages certificates will not be able to use them. The Eclipse TA comes out on December 6th since it is now classified as a South America TA.

What did I miss? Why is Eclipse not classified as a South America TA? Where will it be sailing from/to? Thanks!

Thanks everyone for your donations for the families of the crew members who died or were injured in the Harmony lifeboat incident a few months back. We raised close to $700, and I dropped it off with the finance manager tonight. If anyone still wants to donate, you can go to guest services and they can add it to your account.

No mention in your post if they are offering free shuttles from Circular Quay or Central for those of us having to travel to Sydney.

Haven't heard anything about shuttles. At this point, we're just planning on taking a taxi between the two ports.

Are all of you on this thread on both of these cruises? I am! I'll have to do this lovely transfer between ships on both the 28th (Radiance to Ovation) and the 9th (Ovation to Radiance). Ugh!

Update on how RCI will manage passengers on the two days that Ovation of the Seas & Radiance of the Seas will be in Sydney.

How will the Athol Buy tender process work?

Guests will arrive at White Bay Cruise Terminal to be checked in and leave their luggage with porters at their allocated check in times. They will then be required to undertake the standard customs and immigration clearance procedures before embarking on a dedicated ferry that will transfer them to the ship. Guests will access the ship via its tender platform. Disembarkation will be by ferry transfer from the ship to White Bay Cruise Terminal.

What happens to my luggage during ferry embarkation and debarkation?

For disembarking guests, luggage will be transferred to White Bay Cruise Terminal where it will be laid out for guest collection in the cruise terminal. Embarking guests will provide their luggage to terminal porters in the usual way. Self-carry will not be an option on these dates, only hand luggage should be taken on the ferry transfers.

I have already purchased my airport transfer to OPT, will this immediately transfer to White Bay?

The photos I've seen make it look like the front is not completely open. Do you think it would be a good place for sailaway? THANKS for your help on this! :)

All the outdoor bars pool, sand, mast and wipe-out are about the same size. The biggest for a group would be the Solarium Bar deck 16 fwd.
