  1. If the class can tolerate some temporary outages, they should be fine.
  2. Speed can affect cost. If they can consistently turn over an MDR table 3x during the dinner service, it might worth it to them.
  3. The option to move to another sailing around those dates might. Wait to get the official cancellation message before doing something on your own.
  4. No, when three are listed on some web site, assume one of those listed is not going to be there.
  5. Maybe, though don't wait too long - book the earliest show you can to ensure you see it.
  6. The cruise fare itself doesn't typically move much during these "sales" - planner items might.
  7. Typically, a refund is the main/only option when you contact them.
  8. Technically no, but the staff at the pier security screening (the ones who would object) may not care.
  9. Welcome to CC and coming out of lurk mode. Approach GS tomorrow with that question - they may have some feedback from Miami by then.
  10. She seems to be doing about 24 knots and has a scheduled arrival of 19:30 GMT according to cruisemapper.
  11. Superstar Aquarius ex NCL Windward at Alang scrap yard.
  12. That is quite subjective. Also, the reason stated by RCI for the change is to improve things (speed being one) in the MDR - only folks who actually experience that can provide feedback on that issue.
  13. Use the drop-down menu on the main RCI page here at CC and pick Vision - there should be some useful threads that come up.
  14. How can someone who will not experience the new menu provide meaningful feedback? BTW, that Navigator sailing is a day longer than you listed.
  15. No, but it might help with the ones in 270 which have somewhat limited seating.
  16. While that seems like a minimal investment, not sure RCI is willing to spend even that much above the min required during drydocks, though that may change by the end of 2024.
  17. Unlikely, unless the PVP is willing to give you their direct contact info and are willing to reply to you. For personalized service like that, perhaps start looking for a TA.
  18. They are usually less, since it's a solo and you are not paying the 200% surcharge for a regular cabin, but not 1/2 the price of a regular cabin.
  19. As mentioned in post #5, when grats go up, like it did a couple of months ago, you have some time to prepay the older/lower rate to lock that in.
  20. Like any other cabin, it should come up when looking for solo - they book quickly so they may be hard to find.
