  1. There seem to be lots of Brits on O class and other ships which never sail from Southampton. The event (which doesn't seem to be happening anymore) is not for you (the end consumer) but for others to pump up bookings.
  2. The Friends and Family flier was updated a couple of days ago as well: Microsoft Word - 13032574_Travel_Agent_Friends_Family_Rates.docx (rccl.com) Unlike the GGG flier, this one doesn't seem to have any date restrictions, but availability seems rather random. The flier seems to indicate it will come out weekly in conjunction with the GGG flier - it used to come out randomly about every two months.
  3. Perhaps you don't understand how marketing works - kinda like bidding on Royal Up when there's no inventory.
  4. Staggered suggested boarding times was a thing before COVID.
  5. According to .........? One needs to be careful using absolutes. Biker, who has disembarked and gone through Miami before 7AM (and was at work in Oakland Park by 7:30).
  6. The swim up bar (and a lot of the venues) don't work so well from there past October.
  7. Like some other recent new ships and timing, likely a non-revenue TA.
  8. For comparison, Odyssey is at about 131%, Spectrum about 132%, while the rest of fleet is below 125%.
  9. Browse the app for the current cruise and look for that kind of activity but assume there'll be one.
  10. She'll probably have the highest % capacity in the fleet at about 135%.
  11. There's no set time for that (or any other planner items) to show up - keep checking the planner.
  12. Fascination at Gadani (Costa ship funnels in the background).
  13. Could be a combination of price rise and reset of exchange rates - ask others in your Roll Call what the pricing in the US market is/has been.
  14. Sail during off season - Wonder already on the GGG flier with some discounting after less than a year in service.
  15. 10 ft longer than Wonder, 15K GT bigger, about 60 fewer cabins but max capacity of about 500 more (and about 150 more max crew).
  16. Other info at the press center site: Icon of the Seas (royalcaribbeanpresscenter.com)
  17. It seems the 5600 double occupancy capacity RCI had in their SEC filing was very close all along
  18. Most ships most of the time start putting stuff up in late Nov/early Dec, but again up to the management on board on exact timing.
  19. You need a lot fewer of them with Starlink for internet.
  20. Figure about the same as your cabin.
