You should keep the on board booking OBC with any change or move.
You can book on board to the get OBC, transfer to a TA and get their OBC on top of that.

RCI has had “sales” for the past 10 years which are anything but. Ignore the marketing and buy when you see value- you can cancel and rebuy if it goes lower.
Read some ship specific threads.
Some phones may allow a BT or wifi connection (basically hot spot via wifi or BT) to another phone to use their data connection - I assume that's what they meant as piggyback.
Officially, I think you need one less than three months old, but anything less than a year old should work.
