Dynamic throttling is probably not that easy to implement. 4Mbps is enough for an HD video stream. -

Should be capped at about 4Mbps but the performance could be quite good if she gets the Starlink upgrade by the time of your sailing. -

You can set your app to any ship/sailing about 90 days into the future, including the current one - there's a link toward the bottom of the main app page. The info in the app gets more accurate/updated closer to the sailing and should be pretty good for the current sailing.

If you are on the 10/29 sailing, it's not like you have a lot of options to move to - only two cabins I can see and neither are in any better location - that's a good assignment as normally you'd get a D cat balcony.
