  1. @Golden Gater Did you ever get your FCC credit for days in isolation?
  2. We are also thinking about luggage forward for embarkation. I'm considering using them to pick up our luggage at our home and transport it to cruise ship at Amsterdam port. I am also wondering about other cruisers experience with this.
  3. Has anyone ever used luggage forward for embarkation? I'm considering using them to pick up our luggage at our home and transport it to cruise ship at Amsterdam port. Any input would be appreciated.
  4. @Sharon in AZ I did get our per diem of base fare credited today. I did not ask about Port fees for the ports while we were in quarantine but I'm not sure that we even get that back. Did your husband get his port fees back?
  5. We also did a quarantine stint this past May (May 12 - May 19) on a 14 day Nieuw Statendam cruise. We were given a balcony cabin, had good food service with plastic the first two days then switched over to real dishes, cutlery and glasses for the remaining. Thankfully our symptoms were mild. We received a letter indicating that we would receive FCC credits for the days in quarantine. Our ship disembarked on May 22nd. As of Wednesday, July 20th still no FCC's appear on my online account. I read above posts and called the number from Post #5 to reservation accounting yesterday and she said that she could not help me and directed me to call guest services at 1-800-599-8256 (by the way phone was answered in under 2 minutes). Called guest services Wednesday but after 15 minutes on hold I hung up as I had other appointments. I called the guest services number today at 2:35pm and was on hold until 5:03pm. Talked to a very nice woman named Ellen. She asked a few questions and credited the FCC's to our accounts immediately and extended the use date to July 21, 2023. That was worth the hold. I could kick myself though because after I hung up I forgot to ask her if they refund Port Fees. I'm assuming not. Does anyone know about Port Fees. If not I will call next week. Guest Services hours are M-F 10a-4p Pacific time.

Our ship disembarked on May 22nd so we are coming up on 60 days post cruise and still no FCC's appear on my online account. I am planning on calling customer service tomorrow. If anyone had another department number which may be better for inquiry please let me know. How long did it take the others on this thread to receive your FCC's? Any help is much appreciated.
  7. @DaveOKC Thanks. Got a good price on a one way home from FLL after transatlantic back on Rotterdam.
  8. We were on Nieuw Statendam from May 8th until yesterday, May 22nd. Masks were a requirement from May 8th until Thursday, May 19th when mask wearing changed to recommended.

  12. @Lindancer ...we booked the electric Tuk Tuk tour directly from the vendor, Eco Tuk Tours Dubrovnik Team (they are also located in Montenegro). Phone number: +385 98 856 155.
  13. Nieuw Statendam also presently using Cabins 8135 to 8149 for quarantine cabins. All are balcony starboard (2 cabins of this grouping are handicap).
  14. I checked out all the reviews on Viator and Trip Advisor and most said the skip the line tickets purchased on those sites weren't accepted for entry. Another review said skip the line tickets are a scam. I'm confused now as to the best place to purchase my tickets in advance. I will be in Athens on Sunday, May 15. Any help would be much appreciated.
  15. Travelers to Greece will no longer be subject to any pandemic-related travel restrictions from May 2. From this date, visitors will not be required to take a pre-travel test, enter quarantine or present any sort of Covid-19 documents to access the country, regardless of their country of origin.
