We were on the Rotterdam 10/2/22-10/30/22 and smoking was allowed in a small area of slots in front of Casino Bar.

I was one of the guests that got out of the pool and left. I was also surprised that no one spoke to them about their behavior.

@groundloop Let us know what you end up doing, most/least appealing. We're also doing a private/customized tour with Bernards the first week of March. Ours will probably be geared more to our 9 year old granddaughter. We are bringing our snorkel gear so hopefully we can plug in about an hour of that activity. KKO looks great according to website. I'm thinking we may plan iguanas, beach & snorkel, lunch then Maho. Any thoughts if doable...

@the penguins Re: Post #58, How do you convert OBC to cash in the casino? We will be on Reflection in March for a 7 day cruise and we have alot of Celebrity OBC. I booked 2 rooms and was able to get $900 for daughter's family cabin and $600 for our cabin. Since we have AI I don't think that we can spend it all (what a wonderful problem😂). Being able to convert to cash in casino would be a good solution for us. We will also be getting some more OBC from our TA.

Is there a specific phone number to call in order to upgrade the drink package prior to cruise? If so, could someone post it. TIA.

If I call to upgrade drink package will I be able to use Celebrity OBC or will they want credit card #? Cruise is not until March.

We used the service for HAL cruise in October. We were told the same thing. Just Luggage Forward tags as they go directly to the port agent who manages the logistics of delivery. Sure enough, luggage arrived safely in our stateroom. No worries. They do a good job.

St. John is a must visit. Public ferries between St. Thomas and St. John run at regular times all day long. Ferry services link the ferry terminal at Red Hook, on the East End of St. Thomas, with Cruz Bay in St. John.
