  1. If there were two people, one could order steak first. The second orders lobster first and each share and then do again vice versa.
  2. Doesn't say it's unresolved. It's from 6 years ago so I hope it's been resolved. It's on his record.
  3. Me too. I guess it's different at the port. One way to avoid this is to self-disembark.
  4. Maybe they get descriptions from the vendor. I went on a horseback riding excursion where it said water was provided. It wasn't. It was offered for sale. I complained when we got back and was told they got the info from vendor.
  5. After my first cruise, I realized you have to read between the lines so to speak. Now I google the name of the excursion to get more info on it and read reviews. What cruise were you doing? Did you just visit Panama?
  6. Platinum. I've been told I have to ask if I want robes, but I don't really have a use for them so I don't bother. It's not like you get to keep them.
  7. Welcome to RC! I sailed on Radiance on a cruise to Alaska. I enjoyed the ship. Depends what you're looking for. It doesn't have the Aqua theatre or ice skating like on some other ships, but is very nice.
  8. I just watched the video and Surfside looks pretty cool. I wish they would not flash through things so fast so I could see them better.
  9. You do get to disembark first in ports. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-are-the-benefits-of-the-key-program
  10. I think only Oasis class and up requires reservations for some entertainment. With the other ships, it's open seating.
  11. Juneau is the capital of Alaska. Only way in is via plane or water. I did enjoy it. Mendenhall Glacier is there.
  12. I didn't know it had been cut. I think I went to one. There weren't a lot of people. There was RC Swag, which was nice, and some food, but it's not like I couldn't get food elsewhere. Having an officer come would have been nice.
  13. I would let the excursion hosts know when you first arrive. You don't want to just not be on the bus as that would cause problems if they do a head count. I don't think it would be a problem. Some excursions say if you miss the bus, you're your own.
  14. I just changed from MTD to first seating, which is 5:30 p.m. I really liked MTD, but now they have made the start time too late for me. I wonder if we'll be seated with others or a table by ourselves (me and my daughter). Probably will be at a table with others based on past experience. 😔
  15. Yep, got it too. I clicked on it and it took me to the app. Obviously a mistake. I did click on my reservation in the hope that my cabin would be revealed, but no such luck.
  16. Yes, there is. Do a search and you should be able to find it.
  17. I sailed on the Allure. I liked the shows, especially the aqua shows and Central Park. I just didn't like all the people. I did get my steps in walking from my cabin at the front of the ship to the Windjammer. 😍
