Key West is pretty small. Just get off the boat and find the trolley that runs around the town. Drivers are good, probably all you'll need unless there's something special out of town you want to go to.
BC
Good advice! :)

I brought a conch shell we found while kayaking in Freeport back on the ship. I can't remember if I was holding it or if I put it in my backpack. Didn't think about it being illegal. Got it sitting on a counter in my house.
Me too. Is it illegal to take them just from the sea?

Get there earlyish and get in line, and you should have no problem; they really herd 'em through. As to the free champagne...the less said the better.
Good advice! ;)

Captain Marvin's tours are wonderful.

x2, I highly recommend. :)

We use one of these. Waterproof and easy to keep track of.
That's pretty cool.

FWIW, I always carry my passport, ship ID, and a single credit card when leaving the ship and keep a copy of my passport in the safe.

That's what I do too.

Great video! :)

Loved it! :)

That happened to me on my very first cruise. I was so mad.

I agree with the warm chocolate melting cake!!!!!!!!!:):)
Yummy!! :)

Carnival gives me a price that my husband will agree to so I can cruise more often :D
Lol...that's the first thing that came to my mind too. :P

I carry a crossbody on board and into ports. Depending on how long and what I will be doing in port, I might carry a larger crossbody than what I carry on the ship.
I do the same thing. I find have a larger one is helpful at times but not always needed.

What did you think of the cruise director Mike?
Any talk of who will be the next CD now that Richard Spacey has moved over to Celebrity?
I would also like to know this.
-
I've not read any announcement to the contrary.
Me either.
-
I didn't receive an invite in the mail. When I looked at my offers on Carnival's website there was a list there.
Good to know. Thanks.

Frommers and Fodors put out new books each year. The Alaska Cruise Handbook by John Upton and Alaska by Cruise Ship by Anne Vipond are also good books.
Love those! :)
-
Woah! I hope they contain it and everyone is ok.
-
Thank you for the reminder.

We did the zipline and we loved it. :)

On Carnival prefer the bigger ships over the older classes
Me too.

Jealous! Love REO! :)
-
Bon Voyage! :)

Agreed, I was dazzled by the presentation but unimpressed with any of the flavor (or lack thereof)
Me too, but we still enjoyed it. :)

Dumb idea. Carnival needs to invest the resources into their onboard entertainment.
I would ZERO interest to see any of the acts that were announced
Same here unfortunately.
