  1. So I have to contact NCL in advance for permission to lug a gallon of distilled H20 for his CPAP machine? They don't provide any once on board? He'll have to carry on a 8 lb gallon jug??? Crazy!! What about extension cord for plugging it in? Do they provide one? Anyone know? Haven't sailed NCL since 3/17 and he never needed this darn machine till now!! We've only sailed Celebrity since then and they provided both - no problem

  2. I live on the Gulf side of Florida on an island south of Tampa and we had an abundance of sea grass just this past Sat, May 5th. Blew in in a matter of days due to winds and current, etc. Just Mother Nature doing her thing, nothing can stop it. Even saw tons of sea grass this past April in Bonaire at the Sorobon beach area. This sort of thing happens even on vacations!

  3. We sailed last July as well as a 10 day last Sept on Equinox. Really enjoyed both sailings and the crew. Did seem to be more kids then we had previously seen on Celeb's ships on the July sailing. They were well mannered so no problems with that. Also think they're attracting more first time Celebrity cruisers doing these new summer sailings in the Caribbean. Looking currently at her July sailings as well as the Sept sailings. Our Anniversary and DH B'day are in these months, so I like to use those as good excuses to get out of town. We use to give RCI a try during those months the previous years but prefer the Celebrity product.

  4. We also were on the last Eclipse sailing and happened to talk with the couple starting up the program. That lady in the picture is her grandmother BTW. They offer from a goblet, vase, hanging ornaments. bowl, flower that laid on its side, paperweight, etc. I thought the pricing went from $50 to $125 or so. I watched about 10 different people make their items during two separate days. The instructors still do most of the work and the 20 mins went by quickly, so it's not too interesting after watching the same objects being repeatedly produced. Due to the cost I think most went for the lesser priced items for the short experience but seemed to enjoy doing so. They deliver your completed, cooled project the following day to your stateroom so you never get to see the finished project as you did with Corning hot glass show. That made it less interesting to me to continue watching others. The instructors did a good job but it didn't have the same appeal to me as watching the Corning shows in the past. They did claim it to be a hit as most all the 20 minute time slots got filled up during the cruise they told me. One other thing I found interesting is the instructors have never sailed on ship before and plenty more are signed up for the chance to do so they told me. Hope they're having a smooth sailing!

  5. Looking forward to more of your review as we're also leaving April 1st on the Eclipse.

Two questions please - Did you enjoy Mi Dushi sunset sail in Aruba? We have it booked

Do you have MDR menus from nights 6 and 11 that you might be able to share? I think I have all 14 so if you mention one of the main entrees on each of the nights I can probably figure it out

Good thing the pastries aren't that large in Cafe Bacio!!

  6. Keep checking your Cruise planner in case they offer 20% off their dining pkgs. We had choice of 6,7,8,9nt on our upcoming Eclipse sailing just a few weeks prior for 4 days only. Last cruise no pkgs were being offered once on board but 4 days later we were able to get a 4 nt but at the same price we'd have paid prior
