For 4 nights only Hamburg to the north and coruna to the south or St Nazaire in France are possible within 4 days.

In theory excursions in UK are available to book 1 year before sailing. For OP cruise which we are going they were with 1 exception. I use chrome but can also see on edge and Firefox.

I can see excursions etc for most of the ports on our 1st Oct sailing on QV in 2023.

On Marine Traffic AIS find Trieste then at top right hand corner you should find Lar/Long position ( not on phones perhaps) scroll upto Monfacone and find Lat/ Long position 45.47.45N 013 32 25E . What you see may depend on how current the image is.

Long time away but QA first cruise in Jan 25 is 2 nights Hamburg suggesting WC. In which case what of QV? Can't see 3 world cruises assuming QE stays in Pacific.
