  1. Price of upgrade on day 7 if no minutes of the 150 have been used.
  2. We are on day 7 of our 7-day cruise. Got a voice mail this morning about we can get our refundable OBC back. Went down to OBC desk before lunch and get the credit refunded in cash. Mich shorter line than to wait till the evening of day 7 or morning of day 8.
  3. Yes, check your account regularly. Also, check from your in cabin TV. From the TV, it shows my non-refundable OBC and my overall account balance. The app is not as detail.
  4. Talked to the internet cafe manager. The last day to upgrade the 150 free minutes to unlimited is day 3 because there is a minimum purchase requirement of 5 days.
  5. Does NCL deduct my purchases with my non-refundable OBC first before going to my refundable OBC?l
  6. If my travel agent gave me some refundable OBC and we don't use them all. Does the refund go to the travel agent or us?
  7. We are on a 7-day cruise. We upgraded one account to unlimited and have not used any of the 150 minutes on the 2nd account. Thinking convert it to unlimited on day 5 so we can have 2 devices at the same time.

  9. The upgrade option is gone from the app after day 1 but you can talk to the staff at Internet Cafe to upgrade from day 2. I asked about upgrading on day 5 during our Bliss cruise and got the price of either $90 ( or $100?) but did not upgrade. At the time of my inquiry, we still have 150 minutes on one of our accounts. Have no idea what happens if we used some or all of the 150 minutes.
  10. Last year when we sailed on the Bliss, we can upgrade our 150 FAS WiFi minutes to unlimited for $110 on day 1 and 2 of our sailing and a lesser amount ($100 or $90?) from day 3 till day 7. Does anyone know if they changed their upgrade pricing?
  11. When we were on the Oasis in mid-Dec last year, they don't have any chips until we docked at St. Thomas. I don't know if they are out of chips from day 1 or not because I didn't ask for them till day 3 or 4. St. Thomas port call was our day 5.
  12. I did not book with Cruise 1st but I did get pre-paid tips as part of my booking with my travel agent. This is how my invoice looks like.
  13. If gratuities are included with the cruise deal, you won't have the daily service add to your account, right? What is there to remove?

  15. AA is back up and I am able to see my flight info. For some reason, our seats are the worst (not sitting together and at the last row). Lucky for us, I am able to change to better seats for all of our flight segments.
  16. Thanks. At aa.com, I click "Travel Information" -> "your trip" -> "search for another trip" and put in my last name and airline conf #, I got "504 Gateway Time-out". If I enter my e-ticket # on the same page, I got "We are unable to retrieve your reservation with the information provided. Please verify your information and re-submit. Otherwise, if you need assistance, please contact aa.com Web Services. " I guess I will wait a bit before trying again.
  17. Received my flight info for our cruise next month. The flights are on American Airlines but I can't located them at aa.com by using the record location or my ticket number.
  18. Thanks. As things stand now, we need to move up one deck. It is easier for them to move than us.
  19. What happen if we have to switch canbin? Hope we don't have to take our luggage with us.
  20. I got that but from cruisedeckplans.com, cabin 12692 can't be connected with 12694. Seems to me, 12690 and 12692 should be connected at that section of the deck.
  21. Another question about bed placement. Assume cabin 12688 and 12690 are connecting, is the bed in 12692 closer to the balcony? Same question for 12662?
  22. Got an email saying this year marks the 25th anniversary of the Crown & Anchor Society. Somehow, I thought C&A society is a lot older than 25 yrs. Did they have another name for their loyalty program then?
