Wow Joe, I am surprised as I had no trouble getting it at all and was told by the doctor all the warnings that are shown in the thread below...in fact I had no idea at the the time (April) that it was even a problem..Stu and I both took all 5 days and were fine afterward but of course I would not have taken it without a doctors OK..and if I had read this thread first not sure what I would have done.. We called our Doctor, told him we were going on a cruise and wanted to take Paxlovid with us..he wrote a prescription that day..it was not a problem at all.. Jancruz1

My husband and I took Paxlovid with us on the cruise(May) in case we needed it..we did in fact use it two months later (July) when we got covid and we hadnt any idea where we contracted it...you can, get a prescription and take it with you it is free.. Jancruz1

I have done the land tours up at 7 and out by 8, luggage packing and unpacking.. and never again..I would do it on my own and stay in each city a few day or cruise only. Jancruz1

my home test was negative but I did it on my own Jancruz1

I just got my test back for a Monday August 1 cruise (tomorrow) on Radiance and it was positive..I had Covid July 8th and took Paxlovid..had a negative home test on July 20th, is there any way I can go on cruise as I feel fine and am told I am not contagious any more.. Jancruz1

Oceania has their act together you dont have yours together, a letter was sent from O posted earlier in this thread from Carlos Ortega that you must have a test if leaving from the US..its very clear you will need a test at this time Unless that changes before September 9 This is a boring subject since you will not just accept the current rules..We are beating a dead horse!!!
