I was given celebrityengagementcentre@celebrity.com on the website but it’s bouncing back. I have 2 Cruises from years ago not credited. Luckily I kept the sea passes. Thanks.

I was just wondering. How far out from your sailing do you get an offer? I looked at the Celebrity ‘move up’ page and it mentioned 21 days. Is this the earliest we can check if we are eligible to put in offer? Thanks.

I booked with TA and just made final payment for August 26th Infinity cruise. Is it only when the TA had paid Celebrity that I can view my full account on the website? At present can only see very basics of my booking, I’ve booked transfers and have obc and it would be reassuring to see on Celebrity site.

We have booked that tour too. 3hrs €35 pp. Similar offered by Celebrity for about €160.

I have booked from Ireland through a TA and can log in to the Celebrity app. The options are given to add drink package as with booking excursions etc. although the AI does include tips and wifi I know.

I was just wondering - specifically for Eastern European / Greece/Croatia port stops. If the port is outside the town, do Celebrity charge for the shuttles? I haven’t cruised Celebrity for quite a few years so I’m not sure of current situation. Thanks

Thank you so much. The Electra hotel is just the ‘plain’ one near Syntagmaon Ermou St. Not the E Palace. Just thought it looked more central than Athens Gate which is 10-15 mins walk from Syntagma. Restaurant access more important to us than Acropolis etc on this visit as just one night.

Hi. 3 ladies travelling together. Have booked both A Gate and Electra for one night pre cruise in August. I wonder if anyone could suggest one over the other. The Electra is the one on Ermou st but our room would be facing the back ( triple room) . Quoted €55 taxi from Airport with them .A Gate has been getting good reviews in past from cruisers so not sure which better choice? Priorities- Central, near shopping, restaurants. Both similar prices. Could anyone advise or give tips for either please?
