    They don't block it, but your mileage will vary as to if it works.

    The USA is way behind other western countries in getting rid of re-entry testing. When Canada got rid of theirs, they cited the fact that only 1% of covid cases could be linked backed to border crossings.

    On Liberty last month, masks were "required" at all ports. No one wore them though and no one tried to enforce it.

    It took 3 hours for a March cruise. But I'm a week into the process for a June cruise.
