Kind of/Maybe? , I'm Loyal to Royal and fairly thrifty but even with free stuff from a great loyalty program I can cruise cheaper with other lines. Have another Royal and Celebrity booked, but can't guarantee I'll be back after that

My take
flights for me cheaper into MCO than FLl/Mia
makes the cruise difference a wash, in most cases
with you having been on Oasis before, it is nice to try something new.

It is a tradition when we get on, grab a couple of slices instead of WJ and then we’re good for the rest of the cruise, most times.
Agree with others, continued watering down of a brand until it is no longer recognizable.

Thanks @harryfat1 3 pages in and have already had enough random photos and details to make me realized i'm only a 7.4 on the anal scale.
Missed you and your style. Will have to read the Princess Alaska report just to get my fix!!

I am also not an AI guy anymore, even though better pricing over cruising, really just found AI didn’t offer enough as 8m not a beach guy and we had to wander off to find stuff to do, so always easier to find stuff to do on a cruise, but if the drink package is a deal breaker, might have to be AI

I haven't seen since the restart, but could ask at any bar, bartender would sell you one if they've got them. Seems like they were there to increase sales and no need now for the help as Royal is doing fine without them.

To the OP, Liberty, could be a sweet spot. Great size and still able to go with the flow without having fear of missing out.

Generally itineraries, we have a differing of opinion on ship sizes, so we kind of alternate, but still primarily where we go.

Bring back the nights! pirate night, Masquerade night

Had something in CP with Don the bartender on Oasis in Feb and it was my favourite drink recently, what was it? I have no idea, it was a Don special-tried to peek, so maybe someone can tell me what it is.
it was Myers’s rum with a floater, had the pink goo in it, coconut rum, peach schnapps and some juice maybe pineapple and grenadine It was kind of pinky

Quantum class. Will sail Oasis class, but prefer Quantum for the 270, the nicer solariums, generally longer itineraries (from NJ anyway) just n general

Repricing is what I’m trying to avoid. When I booked we paid $2,700 for the 3 person cabin. Right now a cabin for 2 is over $4,400…. If I have to reprice I will just no show and get keys made. Not a reprice, just remove 3rd person, the port fees and taxes would be refunded

Sure can move one as long as one guest stays the same.
your 22 yo in the cabin would be fine.
your cabin would be re priced

You are right. Odyssey and Spectrum probably don’t have it. We’ll find out next year 🙂
For me it’s unfortunately not the worst change for this class…
As a Q Ultra I really felt the loss of the outdoor dining, the loss of the 2nd covered pool area, probably the 2nd biggest impact i noticed. Nothing wrong with the Lime and Coconut but less covered area for cold weather cruising.

Not only that the Blatantly inaccurate and wrong information has caused me to quit joining them

I didn't know they even still had the roll call threads here on CC... I often head the FB groups for our cruises and they usually have upwards of 800-1000 folks in them. I love CC and have been here many years, but it's just a lot easier/more colorful to host groups over there where you can have photo albums, events, etc.!
I jus5 find fellow CC members more knowledgeable, lots of fluff and nonsense on any FB groups I’ve been part of, I just don’t anymore. I’d rather meet up or share excursions with my CC family.

Has anyone gone for lunch at joes stone crab while docked in Miami?
how did you get there?thanks.
as noted Uber works if it’s off peak too, also went to CJs Crabshack , a different time also very good, little less $$
-
We prefer spending the night on Galveston Island, a hotel on the pier, go to millers grill, book VIP shuttle or other, hotel will cost you a little bit more, but worth it , booking your shuttle, will exclude the Uber variance

Happy Easter, bro! JR vanilla shakes are especially tasteless. Chocolates and strawberry are not much better.
Hmm chocolate was great in Feb on Oasis, I feel like expectations for milk shakes should be tempered, they are after all not TikTok famous like icynspicy in Miami

If you upgrade to the next level similar to Celebrity and book Princess or Holland America, then you can get what you want.
Entry level lines like Royal, Carnival, NCL or MSC don't have such packages.
MSC has their all in packaging at times

There isn’t one. Royal is à la carte.
1 hour ago, Kelownadon said:I was just trying to book our first cruise on Royal Caribbean but could not find any option to book an all inclusive type booking that would include unlimited drinks, Wi-Fi and tips as Celebrity offers. If anybody can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
You can price out with adding grats, drink package and wifi, still cheaper than star class.

Just received my survey for last week's Jewel cruise and there is a now a section to video record your thoughts about the MDR food and service.
That’s great, can leave a 2 minute detailed review, instead of typing and retyping my thoughts

FOS question...taste of Royal LUNCH
in Royal Caribbean International

Haven’t done it on Freedom, but have done it on other ships that don’t have all the restaurants. Like Hook or Wonderland, the cooks/chefs still do a great job
