Unless it's a different itinerary, I don't care! Not a fan of Port Canaveral or Nassau, but it's hard to do anything further on a 7 day from New Jersey.
Quantum/Anthem doing the 12 day Southern Caribbean were awesome. Would absolutely be in, I don't mind the couple of cool days at beginning and end.

I’m voting Chania or Mykonos’s, also wouldn’t miss the Acropolis, Santorini (Oia) for the photo op is iconic.
-
Have had connecting promenade interior on Liberty, multiple times, one time had what would be considered loud neighbours, I pick a cabin in a spot I like, don’t really care if it’s connecting or not

quantum and Quantum Ultra still some of our faves, like the 270 area, like the size of the solarium, like the esplanade for different reason than the promenade.
Nothing against Oasis class, but love me some Quantum

i like prepaying, pay in CAD prior to getting on ship and facing USD-its the same with the conversion, but its nice to have it done and converted for me prior to actually having my vacation,

Would go pre cruise, but yes doable

Pricing solo would be marginally cheaper, but yes finding a replacement is the best solution

Lots of options to get from IAH to port, depending on group size, check out Galveston departure board, Galveston Express, Galveston Limo, have used VIP shuttle and Galveston Limo.
if it’s just two if you Taxi/Uber work fine
VIP may still be reachable, they were sporadic post pandemic, but loved them pre pandemic -

If you enjoy cruising you can’t go wrong, I like the outdoor WJ on Quantum class(excluding Q ultra- Spectrum and Odyssey) and like the same outdoor area on Radiance class, my better half is similar to others, she likes ships with promenade and above

If you have previously used a larger site(like the one you mentioned) did you have an agent that you interacted with? Those that have found great travel agents(whole other thread) are happy with them for lots of reasons. I am with an agent who happens to work with the same agency you mentioned and have been very happy!

Amp the satellite network to offer a dozen decent channels to pass down time more effectively

I would say yes on smaller ships or longer itineraries and no on larger ships. Really noticed CD on Radiance class, less so on Freedom, oasis class

If you like Royal, you'll like Celebrity. Since they're owned by the same company, Celebrity tends to be more upscale than Royal.
Our TA has advised AGAINST booking with MSC, as they tend to cancel reservations without explanation. I was booked on Davina, followed all their rules, and about 3 months before I was due to sail and they canceled without telling us why.
Yup also happened to a friend of mine, and she was mad, also sailed Divina myself once and never again.
I would try NCL or Celebrity or even Oceania or Princess

I actually watch a couple of movies under the stars every cruise(previously on Liberty) and I would still cruise her, have loved my previous 3 or 4 times on her, granted I haven’t been since start up

There is little difference between a JS and An OV balcony. A bathtub, maybe a few more square feet, but the benefits are hardly better than a standard ov. If you want to try for a royal up, bud for a grand suite or higher.
Don’t you get double points for a JS? If you are chasing diamond or diamond plus: ‘easy’ way to chase points

Sailed Divina, beautiful ship, great price, did not like the shows in general, nor the service. Looked recently at pricing, saw the same as you, won’t go again, unless it’s a crazy itinerary. Try ‘‘em once

Solid question, after 2 1/2 year absence from cruising I want the whole experience again. After I get the 1st/2nd one out of my system, moving forward I would still look at where I'm going and look at overall cost of experience, as noted by a previous poster to have some flexibility as to what room to book. If it is an itinerary that is a little or a lot pricier would consider a lesser cabin to make it happen vs waiting another year to afford the nicer perks.

Another vote for itinerary, also Enchantment has the middle section added, so has one of the bigger Chop, and yes , lots of glass
-
St Croix, Cruzan rum tour, not for you daughter though.
also vote for Tortola, and St Croix
voyager is amped too

This came up on the one of the other recent ship/class threads. Everyone has their favourites, but I also like going to some different ports. The Oasis sisters are by nature only big ports/stops so also loving the vibe on Radiance class and also going to some other smaller ports that are not able to welcome the big girls.
As noted my wife disagrees wholeheartedly so we have to do 2 cruises so we can both be happy 😁

Odyssey jammer enclosed
Yeah, don’t consider the Ultra guys true Quantum class after you mentioned that after you got off of Odyssey(thanks for the review btw), maybe they’ll add one more ship to the class and then give them their own class.

Yea, but 90% of CC will never venture out and sail her
True, but that can change to as RCL keeps pumping the ships out.

I’m a Quantum class guy, the 270, open air WJ, solarium also like Radiance class for the connection to the Ocean and the glass, Idon’t mind the big girls, it causes some dissent in our house as my wife is another person who loves the ships with promenades and loves Oasis class and all that they offer.
What ship are you hoping will come to NJ?
in Royal Caribbean International

I know, which is why i really wish they could go 13 nights instead-maybe add Trinidad, not that it would happen, but it would be nice. Heck I'd settle for a 12 with no Bermuda and Barbados added back.
