Very exited to read this 😄 We're going to AUS for the first time in 2025 (having a few days in Singapore on the way), few days in Sydney, then 11 night cruise on Ovation to NZ. It'll be great to get a 'Brits' take on it all.

Don't use the trainline. They're a 3rd party that charge a booking fee. Book with any of the train companies (TPExpress / Northern / Southern / Crosscountry). Pay exactly the same price. Avoid the booking fee.

Utterly embarassing this sort of stuff can happen. It's like the new version of the glitch of the 'old' version of the website where if you entered the reservation in the wrong way then it could reprice your booking / remove all your discounts.

Looking forward to the email: "We've added some stingrays and lemon sharks to enhance your experience of Perfect Day at CocoCay. As a result of this there will be an additional charge of $5 per guest, plus and 18% gratuity for your convenience"

Dreadful compensation offering. So sorry for those that have lost out on flights, time off work etc. Reflects very poorly on RCI

Saw an 80s party on the Liberty a few weeks ago. Totally agreed about the 70s party. They either need to change it up or remove it totally now. Everyone's seen the Village People.

I'd phone royal now and get it ironed out before the 15th.

I was on Liberty a few weeks ago and 1pm, 425pm SNF and MNF was all shown. Disembarked on Thursday but no reason to think TNF wouldn't have been shown too.

They aren't shown that way on the current deck plans, so must be new. Celebrity have offered them separately for quite a while so probably just bringing them in line (and giving them an excuse to charge more money too).

Crazy stuff. Onboard service / offering getting worse and they're increasing the salary supplement scheme. Prices getting higher all the time. I've always prepaid (which I know a lot of UK guests don't do), but the time has come I feel where I'd just remove and tip directly onboard to those that deserve it imo. After our NZ cruise in 2025, may genuinely book another line. Even with the D+ drinks, the value is really not great anymore.

It's crazy they load them into the live booking system and make them bookable too. You'd think in 2023 they'd be able to put them onto the system but make them only visible in the back end / require a promo code to view for internal staff or something.

Ok... UK person question. What is the difference between 'Cream' and 'Milk' in the USA ? I think I have a very different idea of what 'cream' is and I wouldn't expect it to go into Tea / Coffee! Thanks.

Off Liberty last week and felt similar. The food was "ok". Wasn't really hot enough. My Mum had the steak too and it looked pathetic. She said it wasn't good. Comments made to the staff and on the survey.

Ridiculous post. It's not the cruise lines fault that someone else picked up your sister's bag. The person who picked it up should be paying for the shipping to send them to where they need to go.
