  1. The only place that seems to be slow is at the pool bars. Service is very quick inside. This has been the case on both Escape and Epic within the past 13 months.
  2. No, you can’t move up. The latitudes points are not awarded until a cruise is complete. You don’t get them day by day.
  3. It’s not NCL’s responsibility to provide you sea sick meds. That is something personal that you need to bring with you.
  4. No way to get points without cruising, but it’s not worth it to get to sapphire. Not much difference between sapphire and platinum.
  5. It clearly said put the phone in airplane mode on the ship.
  6. What does this have to do with the post you quoted. Ridiculous response
  7. That’s all fine and dandy but it still doesn’t tell us which airline requires a luggage tag with an address to check it. I know that neither Delta nor American has such a requirement. So, do tell, which airline?
  8. Sorry, but you are on a mass market cruise ship. You should not expect any different behavior in the haven than anywhere else on the ship. If you want that go to a luxury adults only line.
  9. Doesn’t work at home only on board
  10. It’s not really but instead of arguing with you they will let you remove it. Not a wise thing to do, but to each his own.
  11. Only you can decide if it worth it.
  12. There is definitely an omelet station in the buffet at breakfast. There are a limited number of items you can select, but you should be able to get an omelet unless you want something really strange.
  13. The only catch is that if you are not a sun worshiper, then the vibe is a waste of money
  14. No that is not how it works. You have to log off the Internet when you are done using it. You never have to log off the WiFi network.
  15. It doesn’t matter which of those you book first, in fact when booking they don’t ask you how you are paying. What you want to do is book the fixed price restaurants first ( Moderno and. Tappinaki (sp)) then book the a la carte restaurants.
  16. That does not sound correct at all. Connecting to the network does NOT cause you to use minutes. You have to actively connect to the Internet by logging in for minutes to be used. Your friend probably forgot to log off when the stopped using the Internet.
  17. Technically that is correct, BUT you still have to pay the daily on board service charge of $20 per person per day. That is not shown as gratuities. You may pay them prior to sailing or when your cruise is complete.
  18. They are paid as part of the cruise fare before sailing
